Privacy Policy

1. Overview
This policy covers all Mini Apps published by Shinya Dev that operate within the World App ecosystem. Currently this applies to TuringVote. If additional apps are published in the future, this policy will be updated to cover them.
2. Information We Collect
- World ID Nullifier Hash: A unique, anonymous identifier derived from your World ID verification, used to ensure one vote per verified human per question. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or biometric data.
- TuringVote app data:
- Your vote choice (A or B) and the question ID for each vote you cast.
- Your interface language preference (English or Japanese), stored locally in your browser.
- Short-lived rate-limit signals (such as IP-derived hashes) used to prevent abuse. These signals are not linked to your votes or your World ID and are discarded after a short retention window.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To operate the core functionality of each Mini App.
- To prevent duplicate participation (one verified human per action).
- To compute and display aggregate vote percentages and majority/minority summaries.
- To improve app experience through anonymous, aggregated usage signals.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored on Supabase servers. We use Row Level Security (RLS) and per-table namespacing to protect your data at the database level.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Aggregate, anonymized statistics may be displayed publicly within the app (e.g., "62% of verified humans chose Morning person").
6. Your Rights
- Access: View your activity and statistics within the app.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
- Portability: Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Mini Apps require World ID verification, which is restricted to users who have completed identity verification via the Orb or equivalent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
