Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using any Mini App published by Shinya Dev (currently TuringVote), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

Our Mini Apps are restricted to users who have completed World ID verification. You must be 18 years or older to use these services.

3. Services Overview

TuringVote: A pure 2-choice poll app where verified humans vote on neutral A/B questions and see aggregate percentages. Entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Not a gambling, betting, or financial service.

4. User Conduct

Do not attempt to bypass World ID verification or create duplicate accounts.
Do not submit offensive, illegal, or misleading content.
Do not attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or attack the service.

5. Intellectual Property

All app content, code, and trademarks are owned by Shinya Dev or its licensors. User-submitted content (vote choices) remains yours but grants us a license to process, aggregate, and display it within the service.

6. Disclaimer

Our Mini Apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for the accuracy of displayed percentages, interpretations of majority/minority results, or interruptions of service.

TuringVote is for entertainment and self-reflection purposes and does not constitute financial, medical, legal, or professional advice. Vote questions are intended to be neutral and lighthearted; aggregate results should not be treated as scientific surveys.

7. Rewards & Taxes

We may, at our sole discretion, distribute rewards (such as WLD or other tokens) to users in connection with the Worldcoin developer ecosystem. Such distributions are promotional and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Shinya Dev does not provide tax advice and does not issue tax documents. Users are solely responsible for tax reporting in their jurisdiction.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms, without notice.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nagoya, Japan.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
